A practical framework for recovery
You are more than what you survived.
You are the light still ahead.
Project Aura is a recovery program and curriculum with built-in support — designed to help people in recovery, families, and local health programs put the whole person back into focus: physical, vitality, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Recovery is more than sobriety.
Addiction affects the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. It does not erase who someone is. Project Aura is a structured program and curriculum with support, giving families, health workers, and local governments a shared language for whole-person recovery.
- A clear map of what recovery includes
- Language families can use to support a loved one
- A practical framework LGU programs can adopt
“Recovery across the whole person.”
The A.U.R.A. framework
Four pillars, worked together — not a straight line from one to the next.

Understand
Learn the root causes, triggers, and history behind the behavior.
Restore
Rebuild the body and nervous system — sleep, nutrition, movement, medical care.
Align
Bring body, mind, relationships, and purpose back into one working whole.

Professional advising and training for companies, LGU health offices, schools, and community groups who want to understand and support recovery.
Contact usGrassroots projects
Community-facing programs funded by donors and sponsors. These are free or low-cost initiatives for barangays, LGU health offices, and local recovery circles — not paid private services.
Designed with lived experience
People in recovery, families, and frontline workers helped shape this framework.
Built for local communities
Made to work in barangay halls, LGU health offices, faith groups, and neighborhood circles.
Peer support first
We train community members to walk alongside one another, not to replace existing services.
Open to partners
We collaborate with local organizations, schools, businesses, and government programs.
“Hindi ikaw ang mga pagsubok na nalampasan mo. Ikaw ang liwanag na naghihintay.”
Built by a multidisciplinary team
Project Aura brings together people with backgrounds in business, arts, philanthropy, behavioral health, and community work. We are united by the belief that recovery is a whole-person journey — and that practical, compassionate support should be available to everyone who needs it.
